眼球内后部异物摘除手术(附52例报告)

本文报告我院自1988、4～1991、4,178例眼内异物住院患者中,52例异物位于眼球内后部,占29.2%。其中49例采用了5种不同的手术方式:(1)X线摄片定位,常规经巩膜取出异物。(2)间接检眼镜直视定位法。(3)显微镜下直观磁棒接力取出法。(4)自睫状体平部直接夹取或吸取法。(5)经前房取出法,对合并白内障,玻璃体混浊,视网膜脱离的病例采用了不同的联合术式,减少了后路摘出时所引起的并发症。

From April 1988 to April 1991, 178 cases ofintraocular foreign body were hospitalized. Of them 52cases the foreign bodies were in the posterior of theeyeballs. We used 5 different methods to extract foreignbodies in 49 cases:(1) Extract foreign bodies directlythrough sclera. (2)Using indirect ophthalmoscope to local-izde the foreign body. (3)Attracting them out by magnetunder the operating microsoope. (4) Take out directlythrough the ciliary body. (5) Extract them out from theanterior chamber. We always combine lensectomy,vitrectomy, foreign body extraction and retina surgery inone case.
