视网膜脱离手术中玻璃体注气的并发症

玻璃体注气是视网膜脱离手术过程中应用较多的手段之一,其有助于脱离的视网膜复位。同时亦产生了一些手术并发症,占玻璃体腔注气总数的127%。包括:晶体半脱位、视网膜新裂孔形成、高眼压和角膜水肿等,可直接影响手术效果。正确的注气方法与保持术后合适的头位是可以避免大多数并发症的。并发症的手术处理选择有:晶体摘除、再次视网膜脱离手术、玻璃体切割术和液-气交换等。

Intravitreal gas injection, a new approach which isquite effective in treating retinal detachment, has beenwidely used in verious retinal detachment surgeries in re-cent years.However, some complications may appear,including lens dislocation, new retinal break, high IOP,cotneal edema, etc. Most of them can be prevented byusing correct gas-injection method and adequatepostoperative head position. Once the complications oc-cur, some managements can be chosen, such as, lens ex-traction, reattachment of retinal by surgery, vitrectomyand fluid-gas exchange.
