Study on the Development Stratagy for the Tea Processing Industry in China

本文总结了近10年来中国大陆茶叶加工业的现状,运用SWOT方法分析了大陆茶叶加工业面临的外部环境条件(机遇、挑战)和内部环境条件(优势、劣势),在此基础上提出了茶叶加工的指导思想、发展目标、发展方向和重点领域,提出了加快茶叶加工业发展所需的政策支持和保障条件。

The statues of the tea processing industry in China in recent ten years were summarized in this paper. The exterior circumstance (the opportunity, the challenge) and interior circumstance (the predominance, the inferior position) were analyzed by the SWOT method. The guidance, goal, direction and impor-tent domain for tea processing industry during the eleventh five-year period plan. authors, as well as the policy and safeguard for promoting tea processing industry were put forward.
