氩激光与Nd:YAG激光联合虹膜切开术减少前房出血

A controlled study was conducted to determimed ifArgon laster combined with Nd: YAG iridotomy coulddecrease the incidence of operative hemorrhage in 86 pa-tients. The incidence of hyphema in the combined laseriridotomy was significantly lower than that in Nd:YAGiridotomy. This method may be especially useful in pa-tients at greater risk for hyphema.
