原发性肝癌患者TSGF与AFP的相关性研究

目的 探讨血清肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)对原发性肝癌 (PLC)的诊断价值及其与甲胎蛋白(AFP)的关系。方法 对已确诊的PLC患者 33例检测血清TSGF水平 ,并与对照组进行比较 ;同时检测血清AFP水平 ,对两个指标进行相关分析。结果 PLC患者血清TSGF明显高于对照组 ( 6 3.89± 11.4 0vs .5 3.4 7±4 .95u/ml,P <0 .0 5 ) ;AFP与TSGF呈高度正相关 (r=0 .6 4 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 TSGF是一项较AFP更为敏感的PLC血清指标 ,特别对AFP阴性患者可显著提高其诊断率。

Objective To study the correlation between tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) and alpha-feta-protein(AFP) in primary liver carcinoma(PLC).Methods Thirty three cases with PLC were analyzed.The level of TSGF and AFP in blood serum were detected,and TSGF was compared with the controls.Correlation analysis was performed between TSGF and AFP in PLC.Results The level of TSGF was higher in PLC than that of coutrols(63.89±11.40vs.53.47±4.95u/ml),it was significantly different( P <0.05).The high positive correlation was found between TSGF and AFP(r=0.644, P <0.05.) Conclusion TSGF is more suscepible than AFP in diagnosing PLC,especially in those whose AFP is negative.It can enhance the detection rate of PLC.
