摘要
利用自制的CO2 超临界流体制革设备 ,考察了CO2 超临界流体代替水作介质条件下的铬鞣因素 :初始 pH值和温度的影响。通过对各实验条件下坯革的收缩温度、铬含量、铬的渗透以及革坯的状态等进行评价鞣制效果 ,得到了在CO2 超临界流体条件下的铬鞣的最佳初始 pH值为 3.5 ,最佳鞣制温度为 34℃。
The technology of chrome tanning under the supercritical-CO_2 fluid was studied by using self-made supercritical carbon dioxide fluid equipment, in order to illustrate the influence of the initial pH value and temperature or this kind of chrome tanning method. The tanning effects were evaluated by the shrink temperature and chrome content of the tanned leather. The results show that the optimum condition for SCF-CO_2 chrome tanning was the initial pH value 3.5 and the temperature 34℃.
