At first, this article expatiates the basic idea and kernel concept of the control of water pollution from its formation, development and consequences. In addition, certain practical measures are proposed to bring the water pollution under a complete control. In the end, the article unfolds a prospect of water environment in relation to the control of the drained pollutant into the water.
