摘要
介绍了数控机床计算机仿真操作系统的设计背景及总体思路,分析了采用VB和VC++语言在Windows编程环境下,设计针对于某一型号数控机床的仿真操作系统软件的方法,从而达到在普通微机上就能实现对真实机床的模拟操作,数控程序检错及动态刀具轨迹仿真的目的.
This paper introduces the background and overall thought of computer-based simulation operating system of NC machine tool.Then it analyzes the design process of a simulation operating system software on the basis of a NC machine of some model,with the aids of VB and VC++ programming language in the Windows environment.This software can realize simulating operating of real NC machine tool and complete automatic error-checking of NC-program and dynamic simulation of cutter track in the normal computer.
