摘要
结合中压配电网空间数据结构的特点,开发了配电网地理信息系统(GIS)空间数据库,为配电网规划工作提供了可靠的辅助手段。在此基础上,考虑到启发式方法本身固有的优点和配电网规划的实际特点,借鉴了集成电路布线设计中采用的最短路径法产生中压配电网的辐射初始网架,并采用启发式方法中适合复杂系统全局优化搜索的遗传算法来优化初始网架。遗传算法的编码策略采用变长度符号编码,使配电网规划同地理环境真正结合起来。通过对算例的分析,以空间GIS为平台,将网络优化问题和图形问题无缝地结合,在配电网规划工作中取得了良好的效果。
Based on analyzing the specialties of distribution network spatial data structure, this paper firstly designs GIS spatial database of distribution network and provides credible assistant design method for distribution network planning. Considering the merits of heuristic methods and the traits of distribution network planning, Shortest Path Method is used to produce preliminary radial network, which is often used in integrate circuit design. Then Genetic Algorithm is used to optimize the preliminary network, which is propitious to global optimal searching of complex system. Based on different-length character chromosome encoding strategy distribution network planning is really combined with geographic conditions. Through analyzing the example, it is proved that the idea of combing network optimization with graphical problem based on spatial GIS has succeeded in distribution network planning.
