摘要
通过实验,证明了氧化焰烧成铝质高强电瓷是可行的,并通过XRD、SEM等手段对电瓷的显微结构进行了分析。结果表明,晶相组成与分布、晶粒形状与尺寸、气孔及玻璃相是影响铝质电瓷材料强度的主要因素。
The feasibility of firing high-strength aluminous electric porcelain in oxidizing atmosphere is proved by experiments,and the microstructure of porcelain is investigated by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the main crystal phase texture and distribution,the grain shape and size, pore and glass phase is the main factor that affect the mechanical strength of the material.
