摘要
随着全球性问题尤其是生态问题在国际安全中突显 ,安全观念已经扩大。本文主要阐述了生态安全的概念以及特点 ,生态侵略和生态安全在国际安全中的突显 ,以及我们如何去应对生态安全中的挑战。笔者从全球性层面强调生态问题对国际安全的影响 ,以及人类对此所作的回应。
With the development of globalization, especially the appearance of global issue such as environmental issue etc., the implications of security have become broader than before. This article mainly discusses that “what is environmental security” and the character of environmental security, the prevention of the environmental invasion, and environment security is increasingly important in international security. At last, the author speculates about how to face the challenges from environmental security. In this article the environmental issue influences international security in global perspective and people should learn how to response to it.
