摘要
激烈的人才市场竞争 ,引发了经济欠发达地区高校的人才大量流失 ,严重影响了高校事业的发展。本文分析了高校人才流失的特点、原因和后果 。
The severe competition on the talent market leads to talents running off from colleges and universities in undeveloped economic area. This paper tries to analyze the characteristic,cause and effect of the running off and raises some strategies to solve the problem.
