摘要
价格联盟实际上是一个行业中若干寡头之间就价格和产量所达成的合作策略或合谋行为。寡头合作策略的理论基于卡特尔理论,协议和忠诚是价格卡特尔合作策略中的两个最根本的问题。寡头之间达成价格协议的可能性以及如何保持对该协议的忠诚,与所在产业的市场结构和厂商行为具有密切的关系。市场结构的特征和厂商行为之间的差异,是价格联盟不稳定的主要决定因素。
Price union is the cooperation or conspiracy among some magnates of the same industry about price and production. Theory of the cooperation is based on theory of Cartel. Agreement and loyalty are two fundamental elements in his cooperation. The possibility of the agreement on price among magnates and the way to keep loyalty to it are closely related to market structure and manufacturer behavior. The characteristics of the market structure and differences among manufacturer behaviors are the main decisive factors for the unstableness of price union.
