城乡经济社会统筹发展应包括四大要素,即城乡地位的平等,城乡经济的融合,城乡关系的协调,城乡制度的统一。按上述要素深化改革和进行制度创新,我国的工业与农业、城市与乡村就能良性互动,实现协调发展。

The overall development of both urban and rural places should include four elements: equal positions, combined economy, harmonious relationship and united system. If we deepen the reform and innovate the system according to the four elements, the industry and agriculture, the urban and rural places can interact and develop well.
