摘要
我国有不少大型企业开始涉及绩效管理,甚至把绩效管理作为培养提升公司核心竞争力的手段进行了实践,但仍有一些企业对绩效管理不够重视,有些虽涉及该领域的管理,但达到预期目标的却很少。因此,如何针对我国企业的具体情况,并借鉴发达国家和国内一些成功的经验,多方面探讨绩效管理与提升企业的竞争力的有效途径,以便更好发挥企业对我国经济发展的促进作用有着一定的现实和理论意义。
Many big enterprises begin to pay attention to staff's achievement administration, even regard it as means of improving their competitive ability. But there are some other enterprises that do not pay much attention to it or have not attainted their goals as expected in practice. Therefore, it is practically and theoretically significant to explore thoroughly the means of staff's achievements administration and competition improvement by referring to some successful experience in developed countries in order to give full play to some enterprises in Chinese economic development.
