Public finance plays a vital supporting and securing role in the development along the Yangtze River in Central Jiangsu.This paper,based on the comparison of the financial supporting abilities between Central and Southern Jiangsu,has focused emphasis on the research on the function orientation and financial supporting system for Central Jiangsu.The goal of the research is to provide reference for local governments.
