摘要 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定降血糖新药格列美脲及其片剂含量。方法 LichrospherODSC18柱为色谱柱 ,乙腈 0 1%乙酸 (50∶50 )为流动相 ,流量 1 0 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 2 8nm。结果 试验日内差RSD为 0 57% ,n =15,日间差RSD为1 63 % ,n =15。线性范围 12 5~ 40 0 μg/ml ,标准曲线 :Y =71 583X + 0 70 3 ,r =0 9997,检测限 :0 1μg/ml。平均回收率为10 1 2 % ,RSD为 1 89% ,n =17。结论 本法准确、方便、可靠。测定结果满意 。 ObjectiveTo develop a method for t he determination of glimepiride and its content in tablets MethodA Lichrospher ODS C 18 column was used with the mixture of aetonitrile and 0 1% acetic acid (50∶50) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 0 ml/min ,the UV detector wavelength was 228 nm Result RSD w ithin day is 0 57%,n=15, RSD between days is 1 63%, n=15 resp ectively The linear relationship equation is Y=71 583X+ 0 703 with the arrange of 12 5~400 μg/ml, r=0 9998,detection limit is 0 1 μg/ml The average recovery is 101 2% RSD 1 89%,n=17 ConclusionThe proposed method was faster, more convenient and econom ical as well as with satisfactory results for the determination of glimepiride a nd its tablets
