摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定降血糖新药格列美脲及其片剂含量。方法 LichrospherODSC18柱为色谱柱 ,乙腈 0 1%乙酸 (50∶50 )为流动相 ,流量 1 0 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 2 8nm。结果 试验日内差RSD为 0 57% ,n =15,日间差RSD为1 63 % ,n =15。线性范围 12 5～ 40 0 μg/ml ,标准曲线 :Y =71 583X + 0 70 3 ,r =0 9997,检测限 :0 1μg/ml。平均回收率为10 1 2 % ,RSD为 1 89% ,n =17。结论 本法准确、方便、可靠。测定结果满意 。
