摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中甲硝唑浓度。方法 以替硝唑为内标 ,HPLC法测定。结果 甲硝唑的线性范围为 0 5～ 2 0 0 μg·ml- 1,回归方程为Y =0 173X -0 0 119,r =0 9971,最低检测浓度为 0 5μg·ml- 1,日内RSD为 1 48%～ 5 67% ,日间RSD为 2 3 6%～ 7 0 6%。
