摘要 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中甲硝唑浓度。方法 以替硝唑为内标 ,HPLC法测定。结果 甲硝唑的线性范围为 0 5~ 2 0 0 μg·ml- 1,回归方程为Y =0 173X -0 0 119,r =0 9971,最低检测浓度为 0 5μg·ml- 1,日内RSD为 1 48%~ 5 67% ,日间RSD为 2 3 6%~ 7 0 6%。 AimA HPLC method was established for the determination of metr onidazole in human plasma Method Tinidazole was used as int ernal standard HPLC methed was used Result\ The range o f calibration was 0 5~20 0 μg·ml -1 (Y=0 173X-0 0119,r=0 9971 ) The minimal detectable durg concentration in plasma was 0 5 μg·ml -1 RSD of whinin-day and between day was 1 48%~5 67% and 2 36%~7 06% re spectively Con clusi onThe pharmacokinetic parameters are similar to those reported in the literature
