Mandibuar Fracture after Mandibular Impacted Teeth Removal A Rport of 2 Cses with Rview of the Lterature

目的 探讨拔牙导致下颌骨骨折的原因。方法 通过 2例拔牙引起骨折的临床资料结合文献进行分析。结果 2例骨折均为拔牙操作不当引起。结论 外科医生的临床经验不足及操作方法不当 ;患者的年龄、下颌第三磨牙的阻生类型 ;下颌骨的病理性改变 ;拔牙术后咀嚼过硬食物等是导致拔牙后骨折的重要原因。

Objective To explore the causes of mandibular fracture after mandibular impacted teeth removal.Methods Two cases with mandibular fracture after third molar removal in the hospital followed up to 6 months were reviewed.Results The mandibular fracture of both 2 cases was resulted from an improper instrumentation during tooth removal.Conclusion Improper instrumentation during tooth removal, the patients'ages and the type of mandibular third molar impaction, pathologic processes(ie,malignant lesion,cystic lesion,imflammatory condition), and chewing after removal should be important causes of mandibular fracture after third molar removal.
