摘要
针对电力市场环境下的负荷分配的特点,在遗传算法的基础上,提出了最优发电计划问题的数学模型和求解方法,模型计及了机组启停。算例表明,这种数学模型和算法可以解决任意形状报价曲线的最优发电计划问题,而且计算速度较快,具有较高的实用价值。
The paper proposes a mathematical model and an algorithm on the optimization of generation scheme based on genetic algorithm aiming at the features of load allocation in electricity market. The starting and stopping of units are taken into account. The calculation and analysis show that the model and algorithm can solve the practical problem of optimization of generation scheme of any bidding curves. The calculation velocity is fast as well.
