针对十堰供电公司复杂的供电体制和异常激烈的电力市场竞争,提出了在增供扩销和优质服务中大力推进服务营销战略决策,在营销管理和增收节支中挖潜增效,实现了多供少损,在为客户创造价值的同时,也实现了企业价值的最大化。
In face of complicated power system of Shiyan Electric Power Supply Company and electric power market furious competition,increasing the supply,enlarging the volume of sales and high-quality service,exploitting potentialities,economizing the expenditure and marketing management,moving forward the service marketing strategy energetically,realizing more supply and less line loss,while creating value for customer,realizing the maximization of enterprise value were presented.
