摘要
以技术服务型的建设监理企业为个案研究对象,利用回归方法和构造生产函数,对人力资本积累与企业收入增长之间的互动关系进行检验。结果表明专业化人力资本积累从量上对企业收入增长的作用是显著的,构造的生产函数表现为收益递增;"干中学"所产生的人力资本积累从质上对企业人均产出水平提高的作用也是显著的;能为监理企业和其他技术服务型企业的经营和发展问题提供一定的参考和实践的指导意义。
This article has focused a case study on an engineering supervisory firm, which is a service-oriented technical firm. The purpose of the article is to empirical study the mutual effect between the accumulation of human capital and the growth of firm's revenues, employing the methods of making functions and regression analysis. We have drawn the following conclusions:(Ⅰ)accumulation of specified human capital plays a determinant role in the growth of firm's revenue, reflected by the increasing value of returns in production functions;(Ⅱ) the effect of 'Learning-by-Doing' in the accumulation of human capital also plays a determinant role in level of production per worker; (Ⅲ) the outcomes can serve as suggestions for the developments of any other kind of supervisor firms of service-oriented technical firms.
