摘要
为了分析并推导出并车减速齿轮箱在任意稳态工况下功率损失的数学模型,首先引用并介绍了该并车减速齿轮箱在两种不同情况下相应2个特殊稳态工况时的功率损失试验曲线;接着分析了其中一种情况下的试验曲线及其特殊点的物理意义;然后,由该试验曲线推导出并车减速齿轮箱在这种情况下任意稳态工况时的功率损失的数学计算公式,并将同样的方法应用到另一种情况下的试验曲线.最后,解释了该并车减速齿轮箱功率损失试验曲线的一个似非而是的"疑点".
In order to analyze and derive the mathematical model of power loss in the reducing gear box on naval ships under arbitrary steady operating conditions, this paper first cites and introduces two types of test curves of the power loss in reducing gear box under two special steady operating conditions. Then the physical meaning of one type of the test curves and some special points on this curve are analyzed, and from the test curve the mathematical formulae for calculating the power loss in (reducing) gear box under arbitrary steady operating condition are derived. And the same approach is applied to the other type of the test curves. Lastly a doubtful point of power loss test curves in the (reducing) gear box, which seems paradoxical to readers, is stated and explained.
