浅谈老年人才开发的几个问题

Some Issues on the Development of Elderly Talents

中国加入了WTO后,加速了中青年人才的流动,给某些地区带来人才紧缺的矛盾,这一现象在今后还可能加剧。为了解决这一矛盾,笔者对老年人才的类型、特征及开发老年人才的意义谈一点看法。

Since the entry into WTO, China has quickened the floating of the young professionals, which has resulted in an impressive lack of talents in some areas, and this phenomenon may be aggravated. The author puts forward some opinions about the elderly talents and the significance of developing those talents.
