The thought of altruistic management is the core of Inamori' s management philosophy. The thought makes Inamori' s philosophy pronounce ethical color. This dissertation will analyze the thought of altruistic management from ethical angle and further reveal the characteristics of Inamori' s philosophy by comparing western main schools of ethics, Japanese traditional ethics with the thought of altruistic management.
