On how to Evaluate the Early-Prosperous Class Rationally

改革开放 2 0多年来 ,伴随着我国居民收入水平不断提高的同时 ,先富阶层也日益出现 ,并倍受人们关注。本文以福建省社会各阶层贫富差距的现状为事实依据 ,剖析了先富阶层的构成、成因及对我国现代化进程的正负效应 ,并就理性对待先富阶层提出几点建议。

With Chinese citizen's income increasing, which results from the open- door policy, the early-prosperous class has been rising and become the focus of public attention. Based on the income disparity status of different classes in Fujian Province, the paper analyzes the make- up, origin, positive and negative effects of the early- prosperous class on China's modernization. The author also puts forward suggestions on how to evaluate the early- prosperous class rationally.
