The rehabilitation instructions on post-operative functional recovery of patients with contracture of fasda of gluteal muscles

BACKGROUND: Besides tegular care for patients with con-tracture of fascia of gluteal muscles, early and continuous functional exercises is the key for achieving best curative effect, which also can prevent re-cohesion of muscles.OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of rehabilitation instructions on postoperative recovery of patients with contractive of fascia of gluteal muscles.UNIT: Department of Pediatrics, the Second People' 8 Hospital of Zhoucun District of Zibo City.SUBJECTS: There were 37 patients recruited from February 1995 to December 1997, 26 males and 11 females, aged 4 to 17 years old. All the cases had history of repeated injection and both sides were affected.
