摘要
采用具有实虚部关联的量子噪声和泵噪声驱动的三阶近似激光模型 ,运用线性化近似方法计算了光强关联函数和光强相对涨落 ,在一定的近似条件下分别讨论了量子噪声强度、泵噪声强度、量子噪声实虚部关联系数对光强相对涨落的影响 ,并对线性化近似方法的适用范围进行了详细的分析 ,得出在小噪声、远离阈值时 ,线性化近似方法适用范围扩大 ;小噪声、远离阈值且当量子噪声实虚部无关联时 ,线性化近似方法适用范围最大的结论 .
by adopting a linear approximation method, the thirdl y -order approximation laser model driven by pump noise and quantum noise with cr oss-correlated real and imaginary parts was studied, and intensity correlation function and variance of the laser intensity were calculated respectively. The i nfluence of quantum noise, pump noise, and correlation coefficient between the r eal and imaginary parts of the quantum noise on the variance of the laser intens ity was discussed under the certain approximation condition. The valid range of the linear approximation method was also analyzed. It was concluded that the val id range of the linear approximation was extended in the case of the small quant um noise and being far form threshold. And the precision of the linear approxima tion method was highest in the case of the small noises, being far from threshol d, and no correlation between the real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise.
