摘要
对掺Ce的Al( 86 x) Cu( 10 +x) Ce4(x =0 ,1,2 ,3 )液态合金在温度 110 0~ 160 0℃范围内 ,用高温回转式粘度仪测定了其粘度 η随温度t的变化 ,给出了幂函数形式和指数函数形式两类经验表达式并求得了其中的具体参数 .通过对熔体内流团尺寸的计算发现高温时的流团为离子或原子 ,而不是团簇 .这预示了在低于 110
Viscosities of liquid Al (86-x) Cu (10+x) Ce 4(x=0,1,2,3) alloys were measu red at the temperature from 1100?℃ to 1600?℃ by using oscillation viscometer for high temperature. The experimental data were fitted to two empirical equations, including power law and exponential function. the parameters were also evaluate d. According to the calculation result for the size of fluid units, it can be fo und that fluid units in melt are not cluster, but atoms and ions. This indicates that there exists structural transformations below 1100?℃, which makes the si ze of liquid units increase.
