摘要
介绍了对淬火工艺组织场进行计算的数学模型 ,用Scheil叠加方法解决了TTT曲线中孕育率、虚拟时间、扩散型相变量的计算 ,利用杠杆定律及铁碳相图解决了P2 0钢的先共析铁素体的计算 .编写了淬火工艺温度场、组织场模拟软件 ,利用模拟软件对P2 0塑胶模具钢的端部淬火试验进行了模拟 。
The mathematic model of quenching phase-tra nsformation is introduced. The calculations of incubation period, fictitious time and fictitious volume fra ction of isothermal transformation diagram are solved by using Scheil's additive method, and the calculation of proeutectoid ferrite of P20 steel is solved by u sing lever rule in Fe-C phase diagram. Simulation software of quenching tempera t ure field and phase-transformation volume field is developed, and end-quenchin g technology of P20 steel is simulated. According to the simulation result, the ef fect of phase-transformation latent heat to cool curve and phase-transformatio n volume of end-quenching sample is analyzed.
