摘要
通过对九台膨润土进行改性、增效处理,发现膨润土在经过剪切力作用后,造浆性能将到了很大改善,并按新工艺生产出九台膨润土产品,视粘度由原来的10CP提高到17CP,API失水量由原来的16ml降低到13ml,部分样品达到或超过了API标准。
Jiutai bentonite crude Ore of Jilin province can't up to API specification (7th Eds May 1979)according to properties of crude ore and present practice of processing.We study a variety of methods (extrusion, high temprerature dried, mixing With polymer ect.)upgrading crude bentonite Significantly improving the fluid loss characteristics and viscosity characteristies.So we obtain bentonite with API specification. Mean while, we also study function of the bentonite properties changed when the shearing forces are applied to bentonite.
