摘要 以插装式溢流阀调压弹簧固有频率最大为设计目标 ,综合考虑优化设计中的模糊因素和随机因素 ,建立了其模糊稳健优化设计数学模型 ,并采用混沌遗传优化算法进行求解。理论分析和设计实例表明 ,模糊稳健优化设计能提高设计目标的稳健性 ,并保证在可控因素和不可控因素影响下模糊约束条件的可行性 。 The mathematical model of fuzzy-robustness optimal design of the press-adjusting spring in an inserted overflow valve was established in order to find the maximal inherent frequency. The fuzzy factors and random factors were considered synthetically. This model was solved with Chaos-Genetic optimal algorithm. Academic analysis and design example show that the robustness of designed target can be improved by fuzzy-robustness optimal design, and the feasibility robustness of fuzzy restrictive conditions can be assured under the influence of controllable and incontrollable factors. The method of fuzzy-robustness optimal design is effective in improving design quality of inserted overflow valve.
