摘要
常用的等步长采样方法在测量自由曲面时 ,为确保测量精度往往会导致采样数据量过大。为解决这一问题 ,本文提出了基于三次样条曲线切线外插的等弧长采样方法 ,该方法可以根据测量曲线斜率的变化情况自动对采样步长进行调整 ,实现等弧长采样 ,在曲线斜率小的区域增大采样间距 ,而在斜率大的区域密集采点。典型曲面的采样仿真证实了等弧长采样方法可以在同样采样精度情况下 。
When measuring free-form surface with common equal space sampling methods, there is always too much sampling data for accuracy. To solve the problem, we present an equal arc-length sampling method based on cubic spline curve tangent extrapolation. The sampling space can be adjusted to fit for curve slope automatically. By increasing sampling space in the region of small slope and decreasing in case of large slope, the equal arc-length sampling method is realized. The amount of sampling data is less than that from equal space sampling methods for the same accuracy, which is proved by simulation of sampling typical surface.
