离心叶轮的小摆角五坐标数控加工方法研究

摘要 由于工作台摆动角度受机床结构的限制 ,小摆角五坐标数控机床不能直接进行离心叶轮的连续加工。本文在分析机床结构和叶轮曲面特点的基础上 ,提出了两种解决该问题的方法 :叶型直纹方向重构法和立卧转换对接法 。 Five-axis NC machine tool with small pendulum angle table can not carry out continuous cutting of the part of centrifugal turbine because of the structure of machine tool. Based on analyzing the structure characteristic of machine tool and surface of turbine, two methods are put forward: the method of reconstructing the ruled surface of turbine, and the method of combining the perpendicular with the horizontal. The realization of the algorithm is also given in this paper.
