摘要
基于UG的CAD技术 ,从UG中导出了零件几何信息数据 ,用文献 [1]提出的方法得到拉深件毛坯猜测值 ;采用大变形理论和理想变形假设 ,给出了用于复杂形状拉深件成形分析的一步法数学公式和有限元表达。在此基础上 ,对拉深件毛坯初始形状进行了优化 ,并就成形中拉深件厚向应变分布进行了分析 。
Based on the CAD technique of Unigraphics,the geometric data of the complex deep-drawn part are picked up, and an effective method proposed in Ref.[1] is used to calculate the initial bank of the deep-drawn part. Adopting the large deformation theory and the assumption of ideal forming, the formula and FE expression of one-step approach are provied, for analyzing the forming process of complex deep-drawn parts. Through several test cases with the main concern on thickness strain distribution, the presented numerical method can save much computational time and obtain satisfactory results.
