摘要
阐述了反求工程在曲面工件超声波检测中的重要作用 ,并对曲面工件超声波检测中反求工程的特点和关键技术进行分析和研究 ,在此基础上提出了面向实物的超声波测量、曲面重建、超声波无损检测一体化方案 。
For ultrasonic nondestructive testing of surface part, the importance, characteristics and key technologies of reverse engineering were analyzed and researched. Then, an integrative scheme of ultrasonic measure, surface construction, ultrasonic nondestructive testing was proposed and used to realize fast nondestructive testing of surf ace part. This method was proved to be good in practice.
