氢化物原子荧光法测定水产品中的砷、汞

Determination of As Hg in Aquatic Production with Hydride Atom Fluore scence Spectrometer

采用氢化物原子荧光法测定水产品中的砷、汞。在0～12μg/mL浓度范围内As、Hg标准曲线相关系数达0.999。As检出限为0.2μg/L,Hg为0.3μg/L,As回收率在100%～162%之间,Hg回收率在124%～152%之间。

It is studied on determination of As Hg in aquatic production with hydride ato m fluorescence spectrometer. The correlation co-efficient of As Hg standard cur ve reaches 0.999 when the concentration is from 0靏/mL to 12靏/mL. The level o f detection (LOD)of As is 0.2靏/L, the level of detection (LOD)of Hg is 0.3靏/ L. The recovery of As is from 100%to 162%, the recovery of Hg is from 124%to 152%.
