Cause Analysis and Precaution Measures of Corrosion of Distillation Tower

针对目前炼厂原油性质越来越差,同时装置的生产周期越来越长的状况,结合生产实际对分馏塔顶部腐蚀漏液现象及原因进行了详细对比分析。提出选用合适的耐腐蚀材料、注缓蚀剂等措施,提高了设备的抗腐蚀能力,缓解了分馏塔顶部的腐蚀现象。

Some phenomena and causes of corrosion and leakage of distillation tower top were analyzed according the situation of which oil used in refinery becomes poorer and poorer and the period of equipment employed becomes longer and longer. Some measures for choosing suitable corrosion-proof material and feeding corrosion inhibitor are presented. The corrosion-proof ability of equipment is improved and corrosion phenomenon of distillation tower is reduced.
