北京市企业跨国经营的现状、问题及对策研究

The actualities, problems and countermeasures in transnational operations of Beijing's enterprises

本文运用国际企业管理理论 ,重点从国际企业战略、国际企业的组织结构、国际人力资源管理和国际企业的控制 ,以及政府因素等方面 ,分析和探讨了北京市企业跨国经营发展现存问题的原因 ,并从企业和政府两方面提出了促进北京市企业跨国经营发展的一些建设性对策。

Based on the theory of international enterprise management, the author discusses and analyzes the causes of the problems in Beijing's enterprises transnational operation, and provides for both sides of the government and the enterprises some countermeasures to promote transnational running and development of Beijing enterprises.
