Government Duty on Supporting SME Finance: Expanding Financing Market

中小企业是"异质"的,因此中小企业的金融供给均衡并不意味着结构均衡,必然有部分中小企业无法从市场直接融资。政府应该为此类企业融资做出制度安排和金融支持:加快全社会信用体系建设;完善信用担保与再担保体系;建立扶持基金直接为中小企业提供融资支持;建立和完善中小企业金融支持的社会辅助体系。

Supplying equilibrium of SME finance doesn't mean there exists structure equilibrium. So some SME can't circulate funds from market directly. government should take some measures for this problem: improving social credit system; improving credit security and re-security system; forming special funds for SME; forming social supporting system.
