摘要
用牝牛分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium vaccae 209-20)切断β-谷甾醇(Ib)的侧链,获得△~4-雄甾烯-3,17-二酮(Ⅱ)和少量的△^(1.4)-雄甾烯-3,17-二酮(Ⅲ)。产物Ⅱ的收率为32%。
Degradation of the side chain of β-sitosterol.(Ib) gave Δ~4-androstene-3, 17-dione (II) and a small amount of Δ^(1,4)-androstdiene-3, 17-dione (Ⅲ) byMycobacterium vaccae 209-20. The yield of the product II was 32%.
