摘要
从野菊花(Chrysanthemum indicum L.)亲脂性极性较大的部分,分离得到一个新的倍半萜成分,命名为野菊花三醇。通过~1H-~1H COSY,~1H-^(13)C COSY及远程~1H-^(13)C COSY二维核磁共振谱研究,确定其属于(牛龙)牛儿烷衍生物,并确定其结构和相对立体构型。
Chrysanthemum indicum L. is a Chinese traditional drug used forantifebrile, detoxication and hypotensive purposes. In continuation of our efforts to searchfor the active principles of this speceies, a new sesquiterpene compound, namedchrysanthetriol was isolated from the more polar fraction of the title plant. Chrysanthetriolis a colorless oil, [α]_D^(20)-31. 8℃(c 0.3, MeOH). HRMS showed the molecular formula tobe C_(15)H_(26)O_3. The structure and stereochemistry of chrysanthtriol was elucidated as I by theuse of ~1H-~1H COSY, ~1H - ^(13)C COSY, ^(13)H - ^(13)C COLOC 2D NMR spectroscopy.
