摘要
本文从现行的大学英语教学大纲的意义、作用以及局限性入手 ,揭示了制定大学英语教学执行大纲的必要性和可行性 ,并为大学英语教学执行大纲的制定设计了方案。
This article, based on the limitations of the present-day Syllabus for College English Teaching as well as its functions and significance, reveals the necessity and feasibility of an Executive Syllabus for College English Teaching and draws out a plan for the construction of it.
