摘要 传统的高等教育已不能满足现代社会对人才多样化的需求 ,因此近年来高等教育在不断地发展、完善 ,力求立足于高质量的教学 ,培养出既富有知识、更具有能力的大学生。将科研适时适当地融入教学 ,发展以科研为导向的教与学则是完成这一目标的必要条件之一。我们应该摒弃以往对科研片面、有限的认识 ,因为科研的涵盖面是很广的。在教学中 ,学生可以在不同层次上、以不同形式参与科研。本文旨在探讨教育工作者如何在构筑教学体系时结合实际 ,更好地完成教学工作。 The traditional higher education cannot fully satisfy the needs of the modern society for the diversity of talents. That is why in recent years higher education has been developing and perfecting itself, making every effort to turn out both knowledgeable and competent college students. To fulfill this goal, integrating research into teaching and learning process appropriately and developing research-led teaching and learning system are the necessities. Lopsided and limited understanding of research should be abandoned as research is very broad in its content. In teaching and learning students can be involved in research at different levels and in various ways. The article aims at investigating how educationalists combine teaching and learning with practice while setting up teaching system so as to fulfill the teaching task better.
