摘要
教育的“人性化”与人力资源开发是当前我国教育改革面临的两个十分迫切需要解决好的新问题。教育“人性化”最本质的核心内容就是以人为本办教育。教育人力资源开发意味着我们必须注重人才培养的效益。要确立适应时代发展的新的教育理念,就必须纠正当前我们对这两个问题的一些狭隘的、表面化的认识,深刻理解二者的内在联系。既要重视教育的“人性化”,也要重视教育人力资源开发。
The “humanization' of education and the tapping of human resources are both new problems demanding prompt solution in our educational reform. The core of the ”Humanization' of education is to undertake educational work based on people. The tapping of human resources in education means that we should lay stress on the effects of personnel training.To foster the new educational concepts meeting the progress of the times,it is essential for us to have a correct understanding of the two problems.Full attention should be paid both to the “humanization' of education and to the tapping of human resources in education.
