摘要
依法治国是21世纪我国治国的基本方略和政治体制改革目标,它应遵循的基本原则是:加强和完善立法、法律至上、保障人权、发展民主、依法行政、司法独立与公正以及权力的制衡和监督。
Governing nation legally' is our basic policy of governing nation and our target of political system reform.It ought to follow the following basic principles:strengthen and perfect legislation,supremacy of law,assure human right,develop democracy,legal administration,autonomous and equitable judicature,as well as proportion and supervision of power.
