依法执教是我国教育事业健康蓬勃发展的基石,也是教师职业道德的首要准则。本文从坚持正确的政治方向;贯彻执行党和国家的教育方针;增强法律意识,自觉遵守《教师法》、《教育法》及其相关的法律、法规三个方面论述了教师如何依法执教。

Teaching according to the law is the prerequisite to develop the educational business vigorously in our country,and it is also the most important standard of judging the morality of this profession.The essay states the issues of insisting on proper political orientation of carrying out and executing the educational principal of our country,strengthening the sense of the law and follow the rules of Law of Teaching and Law of Education consciously and other relative laws and regulars.
