高校档案队伍现状分析

The analysis on the status in quo of the file managers in high school

高校档案工作队伍是高校管理队伍之一,它由专、兼职档案员构成。该队伍素质的高低直接影响高校档案事业的发展。本文以辽宁省2002年高等院校档案检查数据为依据,对人员配备、知识结构、年龄结构和人员变动情况等四个方面加以分析,从而得出目前高校档案队伍的基本情况,即:高校专职档案队伍中档案员配备不足,档案专业及计算机专业人员匮乏,年龄老化,缺少年轻人;同时,兼职档案队伍人员变动频繁。这些均是高等院校档案队伍目前面临的问题,严重影响了高校档案事业的发展。

The file manager is the part of the manager group in high school,it is composed by the professional and non-professional staffs.The quality of the staffs concerned with file-keeping definitely influences the development of file-keeping project in high school.The composition is based on the data from the file-keeping examinations of Liaoning high schools in the year of 2003 and the author made the analysis on the four sections:staff installation,structure of the staffs' knowledge,structure of the staffs' age and the alteration of the staffs.The author came to a conclusion and the basic condition in the high schools,these were the scarcity of the professional staffs,the scarcity of the professional staffs in the computer and file-keeping,the scarcity of the young staffs and the frequent flowing of the non-professional.These are very severe problems that the high schools are confronted with.These are the bottlenecks of the career of the high schools' file-keeping.Thereafter the author provided the ideas to improve these problems.
