人的行为是由动机支配的,动机是推动人们进行活动的内部原动力。学生是教学活动中的行为主体,教师应注重启发和激励学生的学习动机。教师在教学过程中应不断改进教法,充分调动学生主动性和积极性,使学生目标清晰积极主动参与教学活动。

The action of human beings is controlled by their motivation.Motivation is the inter motive that pushes our action.Students are the main part of teaching process.Ideal teachers should pay much attention to the encouragement and inspiration of students' study motivation.During the process of teaching,teachers should continuously improve their teaching methods,entirely inspire students' activity and voluntaries for their study,make their goals clear and make them actively take part in actions for teaching.
