信息时代的经济是知识密集型为主的经济。在知识密集型经济中,由于产品及服务中的知识含量增大,产品研发、生产制造、销售、服务过程中的资源配置呈现"流"的形态,即物流、资金流、信息流,并且信息流成为资源配置的核心;企业的生存和发展更加依赖知识和智慧。因而,引发了企业管理的重大变革。对于我国大部分还是劳动密集型、资源密集型的企业来说,遭遇管理观念和管理行为上的冲击是不言而喻的。党中央高瞻远瞩,江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中提出了:"坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发展的新型工业化路子"。为我们确定了与时俱进、可持续发展的战略。

The economy of the densely knowledge is thought as the main economy at the information age.In the economy of the densely knowledge,because the knowledge increases in the products and service,disposing resources emerges the state of 'running'in during of the research and development about the product,the substance running,fund running and information running become the nucleus of disposing resources.The exist and development about enterprises rely more on the knowledge and wisdom than before.So great transform about the enterprise management happen,for most enterprises of densely labor and resources necessarily are pounded the management ideas and action.The Party Central Committee stand high and see far,and comrade Jiang Ze-min puts forward in the Communist Party of China:'To insist on industrialization being brought along with the information modernization and the information modernization being promoted with industrialization,to break new industrialization paths which are full science and technology,economic benefit,expend few resources,pollute few environments and give full play to the superiority about human resources.'This show clearly the strategy which advance with times and develop continuously.
